Three-bedroom renovation on Lake Drive in Fox Point listed by Jen & Matt Mitchell of Keller Williams.

On Lake Drive in central Fox Point, just south of Calumet.

NOTES:

This three-bedroom Colonial was sold last April, went through a significant renovation. We like the hardware choices and the natural-wood elements that have been added on the front of the house - it looks sort of farmhouse-y. Inside looks cool with a wide-open first-floor layout with exposed, natural-wood headers.
