Three-bedroom cabin-like home along the River in Glendale.

LOCATION:

Sunny Point parallels the Milwaukee River just north of Bender Road in central Glendale. This is west of Nicolet and south of Green Tree.

NOTES:

This listing consists of a three-bedroom main house and a two-bedroom guest house, both located right on the Milwaukee River with river access for kayaks, paddle boards, etc. The main house was built in 1928 and has been renovated. It has a cabin-esque style with an open concept main living area. Also, we dig the deck on the second floor that overlooks the River.
