Mid-Century Modern home along Klode Park, listed by Jay Schmidt of Keller Williams Northshore.

LOCATION:

North of Klode Park on Shore Drive in Whitefish Bay. This house is next door to the tennis courts and playground.

NOTES:

We have always adored this cool Mid-Century that's adjacent to Klode Park. It was built in 1952 and designed by Frank Lloyd Wright apprentice Jean Claude "Cary" Caraway. We toured this home when it was for sale in 2015 and it looks better now after an update but retains its Mid-Century feel. There's a large entertainment space in the basement and a cute patio in the backyard.
