Back to Berkeley
Frontline Real Estate
A renovated four-bedroom Colonial on Upper Berkeley was just listed by Lizzi Weasler of Frontline Real Estate.
"Upper Berkeley" is one of the most coveted spots in Whitefish Bay and this house sits just south of School Road, near the top of Berkeley and close to Klode Park, The JCC and Richards School.
This four-bedroom Colonial was built in 1947 for Harold and Elaine Pentler. Harold was one of the early Presidents of the Milwaukee Board of Realtors.
This home has been through a major renovation in the last year. We love the big kitchen and the very cool mudroom. There's also been a big addition to the home. According to Whitefish Bay's ARC review board:
"The proposed project is to demolish the existing one-story, flat-roof family room addition and add a two-story addition... The existing 2-car detached garage will be razed and replaced with a 2.5-car detached garage."
