An Eastside Favorite Part 2

5 Bdrms / 3 Full & 1 Half Bath

Stately fIve-bedroom Federal Colonial on the Eastside, listed by Jay Schmidt.

One of our favorite Eastside homes is back on the market. This gorgeous, five-bedroom Federal Colonial is on Summit and has a backyard pool. The home was originally built in 1909 for Ferdinand Loesser, a fur exporter, and was designed by Milwaukee architects Eschweiler and Eschweiler. It sold last year and is now back on the market, listed by Keller Williams North Shore's Jay Schmidt.

The location is Summit and Linnwood, just a few blocks north of Newberry and just west of Lake Park. It's very close to UWM and the Downer Ave business district. The garage is located ideally on Linnwood which allows for the yard to be a bit bigger and thus more space for the pool.

Besides the pool, We also adore the barrel-ceiling living room and its attached sunroom, also the kitchen with the tray ceiling. How about the basement bar & wine room? It is such a neat house.
