The Falk House was listed once again this week, this time by the Jay Schmidt Group. We featured this home when it was listed last fall. This Arts and Crafts-style, shingled home was built in 1902 for early Milwaukee industrialist Clarence Falk and designed by Alexander Eschweiler. This house served as the 2017 Breast Cancer Showhouse. And, in 1925, Charles Lindbergh dined at the home during a trip to Milwaukee.

The location is Terrace Avenue, south of the Water Tower. This home sits on an extra-wide lot and is close to both the St. Mary's Hill and Lafayette Hill.

This is quite a lovely home. We like how it retains originality yet has been sophistically updated. The kitchen with the living room with huge windows is one of the highlights. The cool sunroom in back with a spiral staircase to the second floor looks very cool. The large master bathroom and closet are very impressive as well.
