Brewer's Hill History

3 Bdrms / 1 Full & 1 Half Bath

Three-bedroom historic home in Brewer's Hill.

This three-bedroom home in Brewer's Hill was built in 1864, making it one of the oldest existing homes in the Milwaukee area. It was listed last week by Jim Schleif.

The street is Palmer Street, between Lloyd and Brown. This is just a few blocks away from Holton and just north of the Carver Math Academy.

This home has been renovated but retains some interesting original details, like the very cool cream-brick fireplaces, which we adore. Also, the huge windows facing Palmer give a lot of light into the home. The bathrooms have been redone and look great, there's a back deck and a third floor.
