Clarence Falk House

5 Bedrooms / 5 Full & 2 Half Bath

Five-bedroom Eschweiler-designed turn of the century home.

THERE'S AN UPDATE on this home, here.

This is the Falk House, built in 1902 for the Milwaukee industrialist Clarence Falk and designed by Alexander Eschweiler. This home was listed earlier this year and is now back on the market.

The location is lower Terrace Avenue, just south of St. Mary's Hill. This is about as close as it gets to North Avenue, Whole Foods, etc.

The homes along this part of Terrace are all gorgeous and this is one of our favorites. The huge living and dining rooms with big windows look traditional and amazing. But meanwhile, this home had updated kitchen/family room in back. There's also a very cool sunroom with a spiral staircase to the second floor.

Really cool! Pics and details via the link below.
