Palatial Retreat in Mequon

3 Bedrooms / 4 Bathrooms

Three bedrooms in the Gazebo Hill neighborhood in Mequon.

This is a three bedroom, 4500+ square foot home located in the "Gazebo Hills" neighborhood in central Wisconsin.

Gazebo Hills was, until 1989, the home of the Wuesthoff Family's farm. Bill Wuesthoff, the founder of Concours Motors, was a decorated race car driver in the 1950s and 1960s. In 1989 the Tomasini-Palmisano Corporation developed the 144 acres into 140 homes - this particular home was built in 1991. A great history of the neighborhood exists here. The location of the neighborhood is ideal: just north of Donges Bay and east of River Road - about equal distance to Port Washington Road and to Homestead High School.

When we saw the home we knew we had to feature it. The home sits on an acre and is decorated in a palace-like style with large rooms, high ceilings and ornate finishings. It has a really fantastic foyer, which is shown below.  We particularly love the large master suite and its huge bathtub.
