Our Favorite Mid-Century Modern Home

4 Bedrooms / 5 Bathrooms

Four bedroom Russell Barr Williamson home on Club Circle in Fox Point.

We've featured this large Mid-Century Modern in Fox Point several times in the past and it's one of our all time favorites. Luckily for us - there are lots of really cool MCM homes on the market right now. But this is the coolest of them all, in our opinion.

This home was built in 1950 and was designed by the noted architect Russell Barr Williamson. Williamson spent his first few years in architecture as the chief assistant to Frank Lloyd Wright and then spent the rest of his career designing interesting homes around Wisconsin.

We really love the main living room of this home. The huge windows and the sweeping high ceilings in the living room must be a fantastic place to live on a beautiful summer sunny day. It looks to us like the home has had some modernization but has kept many original details. It's a big home for its time - 3500 square feet, four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

A great picture of the living room is below and all the rest of the photos are available via the big link to the listing.
