Mid Century Style in Bayside

2 Bedrooms / 3 Full & 1 Half Bath

Two bedroom Mid Century Modern near Bayside Middle School.

Here's another one of those Bayside "Mid Century Modern" houses that completely fascinate us.

The home was built in 1955 and designed by Jordan Miller, a Milwaukee architect and principal of Miller Meier Kenyon Cooper. His firm was also responsible for the Golda Meir Library at UWM.

It's located across from Elsworth Park and near the Bayside Middle School. The central, open living area with dining room and living room is what we like here, especially the 360 degree fireplace. The bedrooms and bathrooms look very unique. The obvious downside is there's only two bedrooms. But, maybe with proper egresses, the finished basement could be converted into one or two more bedrooms. Regardless, it looks really cool.
