Transformation on Lower Berkeley
4 Bedrooms / 3 Bathrooms
Four bedrooms completely remodeled in 2013.
This home on Berkeley in central Whitefish Bay has had an amazing transformation.
It started life as a tiny, one story home. It was purchased in February of 2013 for $132k and put then through a total makeover. It sold just six months later in July of 2013 for $451k. And now it's available again two years later for $535k.
Below, there's a photo of the way the home looked in 2011. It's difficult to imagine that this is the same home.
This is in the 5000s block of Berkeley, between Lancaster and Fairmount. This is about six blocks west of Whitefish Bay High and three blocks north of Hampton.
It's a very attractive home both inside and out. It's four bedrooms, 2200 square feet and three bathrooms (two are full baths). The kitchen looks great and it looks like the stairs to the finished basement are right off the kitchen which is always good for parents.
Just two pictures because we can't seem to grab the URLs off of the broker's site. Click the link below to see them all.
