Four bedrooms on Layton, north of Mitchell.

This four bedroom, two bathroom (one full) historic home was built for Mr. Frank Drozniakiewicz, who was one of Milwaukee's most prominent pharmacists and successful Milwaukee businessmen of his time.
I've honestly been hoping to find a home on Historic Layton Boulevard to feature and I think this is a cool one. Historic Layton Boulevard is actually a section of S. 27th Street that runs between Lincoln and National Avenue. It's a really interesting area, with some of the city's most historic houses.
I love how charming this home is, with plenty of windows and lots of natural light. There's so much gorgeous woodwork and a bright, formal dining room. It also has a nice private fenced yard with a garden and a patio.
